License Rights
Only the customer may use the product. Additional user licenses may be purchased by you at our standard list prices for a single user, corporate license or enterprise license. With the purchase of products, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products. You can use the product for your business purpose. However, you shall not, without our prior written consent, make available, copy, reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, license, distribute, publish, broadcast or otherwise circulate the product (or any part of it) to any person other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Delivery Terms
In case of online download, the report will be delivered to you online/by email within 24-72 business hours of receipt of payment. However, in case of physical delivery of the print copy of the report, we will courier the report within 3 working days from the date of receipt of payment (extra charges will be applied as per your physical location).
Refund Policy
No refund will be initiated once the demand is placed. However, we may reflect offering KDMI credits that will have to be used within 12 months.
Payment
All payment shall be done prior to delivery of any product or services. We may issue the invoice in print and/or electronic form.
Policy Changes
The company may come up with a new and updated policy statement occasionally by posting a revised version of the statement on the website. Kindly refer to this page frequently to check for the policy amendments, if any.
